The structure, located in Lido Conchiglie, was built in 2014 and is located just 150 meters from the sea, with its natural pools and is only 500 meters away. from the golden beaches that run from Lido Conchiglie to Gallipoli (about 5 km). There are free and equipped beaches, some of which have jet skis and surf schools so you can try this exciting sport.
Cafes, pubs, restaurants, bakeries and a weekly market are all within walking distance (150 meters).
The area has numerous coastal paths for long walks.
Discos and water parks are located a few miles along the coast.
For an alternative day or an evening out, Gallipoli is 5 min. by car with its bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and boulevards on the sea.
Lecce, the baroque city, is easily reachable just 40 min. of cars. I highly recommend you to visit this beautiful and enchanting city, with the magnificent historical center in which they are located: the cathedral, the cathedral, the Roman amphitheater, the churches and many old narrow streets characterized by numerous shops, pubs, restaurants, craft workshops and theaters.
I highly recommend tasting the Mediterranean cuisine, known all over the world. In particular: pucce, frize, rustic, homemade pasta, ice cream and pasticciotti.
The property (10 beds in total) consists of two apartments, available all year round: the ground floor apartment (sleeps 6) with an additional bright lower floor apartment with private garden (sleeps 4), ensuring a perfect holiday for two families or three couples or a group of friends.
Being next to each other, the apartments can be rented separately.
Each apartment has been tastefully furnished and equipped, at a high level, with all that is necessary for cooking yourself.


Ground floor apartment (sleeps 6)
This house is suitable for families with children.
A private terrace with umbrella, table and chairs leads to the dining room with kitchen and 32 "satellite LED TV. In the double bedroom there is a bunk bed. The second bedroom with two single beds can be joined to form a double bed on request.
All bedrooms have wardrobes with hangers.
In the bathroom there are: a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer.


Basement apartment with garden (sleeps 4)
You enter the dining room with kitchen through your own private gate from the street.
The dining room leads to the garden comfortably furnished with table, chairs, umbrella and a second shower with hot / cold water to have fun.
There is a bedroom with a double bed in the middle and two single beds on the sides.
The bedroom window overlooks the garden.
There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer.

Each single supply of white towels and bed linen costs 15 euros per person.
The apartments are professionally and thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
A well-behaved small dog is welcome with an extra 60.00 euros for additional cleaning.
