- Open dining room of 40m2 including a large solid wood table of 3m for 12 people.

- The 20m2 "Vautisse" bedroom equipped with a 160/200 unit, a 100cm flat screen TV with private bathroom, double sink unit, Italian shower, bath and dressing room. Independent toilet.

The cottage is located in the town of Eygliers 10 minutes from Guillestre and 20 minutes from Risoul and Vars; at the crossroads of Embrunais, Queyras and Brianconnais.
You will be enchanted by the calm, by the charm of this old house dating from the 1850s where wood and stone reign.
The cottage is ideally located for hiking hiking skiing white water sports
