The South East has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The living room has 55" Roku smart TV with cable. The master bedroom has a King size bed and Roku smart TV with cable. The second bedroom has a King size bed and Roku smart TV with cable. The bathroom has a tub with shower and the tub and toilet have a privacy door from the vanity sink area. Nice and clean place to stay

If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this was not too bad. The place is older, but it is very clean. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, so the sharing of the 1 bathroom was a challenge at times but we made it work. Overall, it was perfect for our quick trip to Indian Beach. It was very clean and very quiet at night. We took advantage of the free bike rental and cruised down Gulf Blvd. during the day. It was a great location and a very quick 5 min walk to the beach. There are plenty places to eat, grab coffee and ice cream. You are also a close drive to Clearwater beach if you want to drive there and check that area out. Check in process was very easy even when we arrived after hours. We would defiantly stay here again

Location is great!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The staff was very accomodating if we had a question or issue. My only complaint is that there is not enough garbage cans for 4 units and the cleaning people threw out several bags of bedding, trash etc and filled up the garbage cans!?

Beach friendly!

The duplex was a great home base for beach going! Maybe because of Covid-19, but people are cooking in more. The kitchen could be better equipped with things like more spoons, hot pads and a sauce pan between small and huge in size.
