You immediately feel on vacation in this cocoon completely renovated and fully equipped. I will give you my warmest welcome and I will share with you my favorites, my knowledge of the district, of the city and its good plans. The 20m2 studio on the ground floor is very bright with a view of an interior patio, calm and secure. It is located in a "mythical" luxury building in the Port of Nice, entirely secure with video surveillance and intercom.

The decoration is contemporary, chic and refined.

The 160 X 196 sofa bed accommodates an 18cm mattress (50kg density) to guarantee total sleeping comfort.
The bed linen offered to you is of high quality: Linvosges - Tradition Vosges - Fragonard.
