Villa Attias has a large terrace, private pool and stunning panoramic views of both the sea and the mountains surrounding the beautiful village of Moraira.The terrace has a covered outdoor dining room where you can enjoy fantastic family evenings enjoying the views of the Peñón de Ifach. Next to the pool is an outside toilet with sink and, separate from the bathroom, an outdoor shower perfect for use before or after taking a refreshing swim in the pool. In addition, the house has a second terrace which is accessed by external stairs. This terrace has an outdoor dining room, recently built covered barbecue and stunning panoramic views.

Finally, the house has enough space to park outdoors for up to 3 cars.
