A cozy home for 4 people, the house is in a quiet area 3 km from the village of Ulldecona, 10 minutes from the sea at the coastal towns of Peniscola, Vinaros and Benicarlo.
The house consists of a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. in front of the house is a large private terrace with a bbq place. there is a private swimming pool of 7 by 4 meters by the pool is also a sun terrace with sun loungers. there is plenty of greenery and trees in the garden to enjoy the beautiful days, sheltered and sheltered

Lugar Espectacular 100% recomendable

Lugar espectacular, tranquilo a 6min del centro de Ulldecona. Piscina privada, jardín enorme con barbacoa, tumbonas, hamaca. El anfitrión super atento, cuidando todos los datellas para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Muchas gracias Ralph! Volveremos!

Top vakantie!

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in Casa 2. Deze casa heeft een prachtige tuin met privé zwembad. Vanuit het zwembad is een heel mooi uitzicht. Het terrein ligt afgelegen wat zorgt voor rust. Voor wie wat wil ondernemen is er een hoop te doen in de omliggende plaatsen. Ralph heeft hiervoor leuke tips. Verder staat Ralph altijd klaar mocht er iets zijn of wanneer je iets nodig hebt. Hij is vaak in de buurt en loopt af en toe rond voor de nodige onderhoud aan de tuin of voor het onderhouden van het zwembad. Kortom een echte aanrader op een prachtige plek!

Una gozada

Buscábamos tranquilidad y la encontramos, disfrutamos de la piscina y del jardín casi a todas horas, ni tan siquiera nos planteamos acercarnos a las abarrotadas playas. Ralph estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades, atención magnífica por su parte. El alojamiento se caracteriza por su sencillez y amplitud, además muchos elementos han sido reciclados otorgándoles una segunda vida ( bien por Ralph) . Es un alojamiento ideal para todos aquellos que busquen descansar del ajetreo diario.

La maison est au calme mais entouree de chiens, bruyant. L equipment de la cuisine est sommaire. Il est difficile de se doucher car l eau est minimum tres chaude voire bouillante, quel que soit la temperature selectionnee. La piscine sans pompe n est pas tres propre. Chaises et relax en plastique casses.
