3-bedroom Victorian house with Superfast Wi-Fi

Victoria house 15 is a 3 bedroom Victorian property, conveniently located in a quiet residential street within 10 minutes' walk of Sittingbourne town centre and railway station.

The house can accommodate up to 5 people.

On the first floor of the house, there is a master bedroom with a double bed, one twin bedroom (2 single beds) and a smaller single room. All of the bedrooms have a TV. The beds in the twin bedroom can be joined to make a large double bed if required.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a cosy lounge at the front of the house with a comfortable corner sofa and TV.

The Wi-Fi is provided by Virgin Media and runs at 300+ MBPS so it's perfect for streaming, gaming and video calls.

From the lounge, the door leads through to the dining room, with a dining table and 6 chairs. The dining room door leads through to the fully-fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer.

At the rear of the house on the ground floor is the main bathroom with bath/shower, wc and basin.

A door from the kitchen leads out to the rear patio area and fully enclosed lawned garden with patio table and chairs and a trampoline.

There is a small local supermarket within 5 minutes' walk of the house and the town centre, with a good choice of shops and restaurants including the new entertainment centre, is 10 minutes' walk away.

This house makes an excellent base for both families and business people. It's central location makes it very convenient for all local amenities.

Children and infants welcome - we can provide a cot and high chair for a small extra charge.

*Well behaved pets are welcome to stay but please advise us in advance. An extra £5 per night is charged for a booking including a pet to cover extra cleaning charges*

This property was great , only drawback for us pensioners was downstairs bathroom, that aside all the facilities were excellent, although there should have been a bannister on the staircase and not a dado rail.
