Welcome to our home! This newly designed home is located on the first floor via stairs and spread across 2 floors via stairs in the heart of West Kensington. The bedrooms are located on the first floor once inside with the kitchen, lounge and terrace on the top floor.
Featuring a private terrace and private balcony, an en suite bathroom, spacious living area and modern kitchen with the essentials. Appliances for your use include a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and a smart TV. The home is equipped with Ultra Fast Broadband with usual minimum speeds of 100mpbs - perfect for working from home. Fresh hotel quality linen, towels and toiletries are provided during your stay. And iron, iron board and hair dryer are also available. The home is located on a quiet road with excellent transport links within a couple minutes walking.
Guests have access to the entire home.

West Kensington is a beautiful, and much sought after, area of central London. You're never too far away from a great place to eat or drink, or catch a train to other spots in the city / country. Feeling hungry? You can check out: The Latymers (British/Thai), Cacciari's (Italian), and Yas (Persian). A Tesco superstore is nearby (10 min walk) to pick up some grocery items. Some major attractions nearby include The Design Museum, Holland Park, Notting Hill, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, and Shepherd's Bush. And with West Kensington station only 1 minute away by foot, you'll be connected to many other spots across the city in minutes.
West Kensington and Baron's Court Tube stations are within walking distance.

The home is located on the first floor (one up from the ground) via stairs. Once inside there are two sets of stairs for each floor.
Please note there is ongoing construction down the street (not in or directly outside the home) where noise can be heard. Please note no compensation will be provided for this. We are not aware of any end date and we do not expect significant disturbances.
Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 from 12am to 7am. If you require additional cleans / linen during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
