L'Atelier d'Antoine, a newly renovated 52 m2 holiday home, is ideal for a family or couple stay. Its location will seduce you, in the heart of the seaside resort of Saint-Georges de Didonne and 250m from the Grande Plage. We forget the car ... vacation time.
Located in a dead end, Atelier d'Antoine is 1 minute from the market, Les Halles and all the shops (bakery with delicious pastries, pharmacy, press, restaurants, bars with terraces).
The 52 m2 fully renovated accommodation has all the comforts for a pleasant holiday.
It consists of a separate living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine ...
For sleeping you have a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a mezzanine bedroom with 2 single 80 cm beds.
You have a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Antoine's Atelier being located in the heart of the village, the car cannot be parked next to it. It is possible to park your car for free in streets parallel to your rental. We will show you the possibilities before your arrival.

Possibility to take the sheets + towels kit: 18 euros per person.

Optional cleaning fee: 40 euros for stays of less than 4 days and 70 euros for stays of 4 days or more.

Without a cleaning fee, the cleaning of the accommodation is the responsibility of the tenant upon departure. The accommodation must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness inside and in the immediate vicinity.

Whatever your choice: stay with or without cleaning fee, the garbage cans and the dishwasher must be emptied and cleaned.
A deposit of 400 euros will be requested upon arrival. The deposit will be returned by mail.
