Polat Tower Residence was built in year 2000. Its design is based on a building in the United States incorporating all of its safety and state-of-the-art modern living lifestyle. Apartments are designed either as 71 or 81 square meter studio homes consisting of a large bedroom, an open-style living room / dining room / kitchen and a bathroom.
Our 81 square meter apartment is situated on the 17th floor and is on one of the 4 corners of the property with enhanced privacy. All rooms are provided with air-conditioning and central-heating from Polat Tower's centralised power-room. All windows are double glazed and also have one-way glass film so that the interior can not be seen from outside in daylight.
The apartment is connected by video-intercome to the reception, which is open 24 hours. Strong internet and wi-fi is provided throughout the apartment. The bedroom and lounge have wooden parquet flooring. The bedroom has ample wardrobe space on either side of the bed "for him her her". The spacious lounge and dining room features an open-plan kitchen area. The Lounge has a large corner-unit settee, where 2 adults can also sleep comfortably. The lounge also has a fitted study table, built-in filing cabinet, doubling as a home office and enabling meetings with presentations on 58" TV. The smart TV has access to you-tube, netflix, etc. through internet
The apartment has its own, secure and numbered car-parking space for one car, situated in the basement, reachable by lift from the apartment floor.

5-star Hotel style living but in own large, luxury apartment in the heart of istanbul, close to Nişantaşı, Taksim, Beşiktaş, Yıldız and to Boğaz. Excellent for a wekend getaway or for longer stays (was owner's main home for 10 years). Polat Tower's own taxis are available 24-hours a day and are situated just outside the reception. Also suitable as a home-office.
