Beetje teleurstellend

Wij dachten in Porto Rotondo een huisje in een privé achtinge sfeer gehuurd te hebben. Porto rotondo was 4km verderop. Naar Marinella was een te steile weg om te wandelen. Het appartement bleek in een soort van stadje te zitten waar veel Italianen een 2e huisje hadden. Zwembad is zoutwater en druk. Zonnebedjes zonder parasol en amper schaduwplekken. Zonder auto of scooter ben je afgesloten van de wereld. Overigens was het iedere dag spannend of je je auto wel kwijt kon. Appartement was netjes en schoon maar erg basic. Het ontbreken van een balkon hebben we als een groot gemis ervaren. Het bed heeft een lage instap, wat even wennen was. Er is een winkeltje aanwezig met minimale artikelen, op de parkeerplaats staat een paar dagen per week een groentestalletje welke ook brood verkoopt. Bij de bar kan je wel goedkoop lekkere koffie krijgen en overdag een prima lunch. S’avonds alleen sushi of een tosti.
