About this property

Very spacious caravan that sleeps 6 - 8 people comfortably. Our caravan is situated on Parkdean Holiday Park which is in Camber Sands, Rye. We are 2 minutes from the beautiful Beach which spans over 7 miles and 4 miles from the historical coastal town Rye.

From 22nd November - 14th February the facilities on the park are closed for the winter, however there are some beautiful walks, towns and villages to explore nearby.

Camber has some great pubs which are in walking distance to the park.

The caravan has all the facilities that you would need to feel like you are in your own home. Camber has 7 miles of beautiful sandy beach and is only a few minute walk from the Park.

Pleasant Getaway

The communication from the property manager was exceptional and the whole process was very easy and straightforward. The motorhome itself is spacious and clean and it had everything we needed for the 3 nights. It was ideal for our family of 4 and space for bags. The location was perfect for the children with plenty to entertain them. The beach is not as close as the listing implies- so we drove there each day with the car. But it is a beautiful beach and the children were very happy with it. Rye is also close by which has some beautiful places to eat. Definitely worth the visit. Park dene resort has a swimming pool, parks, and plenty of places to eat etc. It was ideal for an affordable few nights away to entertain the children.

The caravan was very comfortable for my family of 4. Vaughn was very helpful when there was a problem with the boiler.

superb location for kids!

The caravan was spacious, Clean and well presented with a homely feel, situated in a quiet cul-de-sack so not much passing traffic made it safe for children to play. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, and even the Covid19 packs were most helpful and showed a caring touch-Very Handy as I am a cancer patient receiving weekly chemo. This short break was just what I needed, long walks along the beach or esplanade, situated just outside the main gate. Easy to maintain social distancing within the park and on the beach. The kids rode scooters all weekend and we even managed to find a skating park. There was more than enough towels and bedding, extra kitchen and toilet rolls provided. Vaughn was most helpful with queries and information. We would most deffinately stay again.
