Villa Poggio di Clara is a stone cottage, nestled in the green Tuscan hills, just 20 minutes from the sea.
The 19th century cottage has been renovated making the most of the architectural criteria of the area, divided into 6 apartments, one of which the owner lives in.

Each apartment has an independent entrance and a comfortable outdoor area for dining and relaxing outdoors, with a wonderful view of the garden and the surrounding Tuscan countryside.

Inside: a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom with sofa bed, a second double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Guests can use the garden, with pergolas and relaxation areas, the wood-burning oven and the barbecue, as well as the panoramic swimming pool.

The property has an area of about 30 ha (hectares) and with its woods, fields, the Cornia river and olive groves, it guarantees absolute relaxation, therefore ideal for nature lovers.

A short distance away is the beautiful medieval village of Suvereto, Massa Marittima, the Gulf of Baratti, numerous natural and historical-archaeological parks.
In about an hour you can also reach Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena and Pisa.

Fedt sted at have sin racer med. Der er mange forskellige ruter med stigninger. Meget lokalet mad og fede lokale restauranter. Et besøg vær.

Bezauberndes Anwesen in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben wundervolle zwei Wochen verbracht. Das Anwesen ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und gross genug, damit selbst bei voller Belegung der Eindruck entsteht, man sei praktisch alleine. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock war zweckmäßig aber recht kark eingerichtet. Es waren wirklich nur die nötigsten Utensilien in der Küche vorzufinden und die Dusche sollte demnächst mal durch eine neue ausgetauscht werden. Aber wir hatten alles was nötig war, sogar eine Waschmaschine direkt in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter sprach nur italienisch, war aber allerliebst und hat sich trotzdem immer um Kommunikation bemüht. Die Agentur war durchaus rührig. Sofern etwas nicht in Ordnung war, wurde schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Also alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit wundervollen Tagen am Pool.
