About this property

Small rustic apartment restored, with the charm of the amdera and stone walls. You can enjoy a spectacular terrace overlooking the valley of Monachil where you can rest in the heat of the last ray of sun. The house is secluded and is very quiet but at the same time it is in the center of the small town.
Monachil is a charming town with lots of bars, restaurants, supermarket, bank, pharmacy, etc.
We also have the popular "Los Cahorros" walk one step away.
We are 20 'from the center of Granada, 30' from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, 40 'from the beach and 20' from The Alhambra.
Keep in mind that THE HOUSE CAN ONLY BE ARRIVED WALKING, you have to climb a 25-meter slope on foot and then a small staircase. But really worth it for the beautiful views.
The house has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Monachil Valley. On one side there are two sun loungers on artificial grass and on the other there is a patio with gas barbecue and a table to enjoy until the last ray of sun.
The house is completely independent but shares the entrance with my house below.
I have two small dogs, but they cannot enter the property.

A beautiful house far above a lovely village, well worth the climb to get there! Laura was the perfect hostess. She lives right downstairs and can help with any questions. Her house is well equipped. She also gave us a great tip about the spectacular "Los Cahorros" hiking trail --- within walking distance from her house, and one of the top attractions for the entire Granada region!
