Lovely Condo - Ocean View - Steps to the Ocean

This condo on 91st ST is a middle unit with a nice ocean view from the balcony. You will enjoy the festive, beach décor of this home away from home. The condo features 1 bedroom with 40" Samsung HD Smart TV with Sony bass sub-woofer, Streaming Box, Wi-Fi, premium HD channel cable with HBO, ESPN Etc. Sleeping accommodations include standard queen size bed, queen size sleeper sofa in the bedroom and another queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include: Air Conditioning, Full kitchen, microwave, Mr. Coffee coffee maker, Keurig Coffee maker Blender, iron, hair dryer, ironing board, electric oven, refrigerator, and all the pots pans and dishes you will need. Dining table in kitchen, living room with recliner chair and foot stool. Additionally a 46" Samsung HD Smart TV with Samsung bass sub-woofer, Wi-Fi, a few additional HD channels than the bedroom with Streaming Box. Utility closet with Boggy boards, beach chairs, beach shoes, 2 beach stuff carriers, Umbrella and child toys. Please return everything and lock door.

This 1BR, 1BA condo is located at 91st Street right next to the Princess Royale Hotel which offers many amenities including, outdoor café, music, and summer movies on the beach. Thursday's at 8:30 from July to August. If you enjoy a night at the casino, catch the bus right in front of the hotel for a brief ride to Ocean Downs Casino (pick-up and drop-off schedule available at the hotel). There also are many night clubs and activities in Ocean City so get out and enjoy yourself. I especially like Secrets on 49th street.

The condo is just a few steps to the sand. Off street assigned private parking for 1 car directly straight ahead under the building. Great location, close to ball fields, skate park, fishing bulkhead, and tons of restaurants and bars. Easy access to beach, exterior shower to rinse sand off prior to entering condo. Additional free street parking in front of building.

Guest brings OWN towels, toilet paper, paper plates, wash cloths, soap, and queen-size linens, pillows and pillow cases. I stock paper products but sometimes I cant keep up. IF YOU THINK YOU NEED IT, BRING IT. This is not a typical hotel experience. No grills are allowed on decks, balconies, etc. Non-smoking. No pets, please. All 3 beds are Queen size. Please note, quest must be over the age of 25 to book our unit (I will see you if you rent for your kids). Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

If you don't report damage because you think we know already, you will be paying for that damage discovered after you leave through your forfeited deposit or damage claim.
