About this property

L&Z Penthouse is located on the top floor of the building, directly on the promenade and the beach of Villajoyosa.

Total area of the apartment: 140 m2.

The convenient location, directly on the large sandy beach, means that you can reach the sea in 2 minutes. The beach is "Blue Flag" certified, clean, safe and (from June to October) monitored from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Because L&Z is the Penthouse, the view is completely free and phenomenal. The terrace is therefore completely free of view by neighbors.

From the terrace (with dining area, sun beds and lounge area) you have views from Alicante to Altea, the sea, the beach, the mountains behind, the old town and the fishing port.

L&Z Penthouse has the following layout:

- 2 bedrooms (including one en suite)

- 2 bathrooms

- separate toilet

- fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, etc..

- lounge with dining area, sitting area with Smart TV, and large sliding doors to the terrace

- the terrace with dining area, lounge area, sun loungers and a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

Each bedroom and the salon have the most modern ceiling fans, equipped with remote control, you silently bring the feeling temperature down 5 degrees while the doors and windows can remain open for the natural cooling from the sea.

At your disposal also the Smart TV, free WiFi, two lifts and, optionally, a covered parking space.

Included in the price: cleaning, bath towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, kitchen utensils, hairdryers, ironing board and iron.

In consultation we will arrange the bedrooms according to your needs, for the little ones there is special bedding with comic book heroes.

"La Vila" is a charming city, equipped with shops, markets, supermarkets, restaurants, bars; and there is excellent first aid in the city and there are several hospitals nearby.

A tram runs from Alicante to Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe, to Denia.

The hinterland of Villajoyosa is a true hiking area with mountains and various nice villages.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Penthouse Wohnung. Es ist eine sehr komfortable gut ausgestatte Wohnung. Die Betten waren für uns perfekt, nicht zu weich oder zu hart. Sehr praktisch ist es auch, dass zu jedem Schlafzimmer ein separates Bad gehört. Die Küche hat alle wichtigen Ausstattungsgegenstände. Die Aussicht von der großen Terrasse über den Strand und Hafen ist phantastisch. Tisch, Stühle, Sessel und Liegen sind vorhanden, Die Markisen sorgen für notwendigen Schatten. Ein Auto kann, nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter, in der Garage geparkt werden, das ist praktisch bei den knappen öffentlichen Parkplätzen. Ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt mit sehr guter Fischtheke ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wonderful location

The location was wonderful. The property was very clean (with white removable covers on sofas), well equipped (in the kitchen and for the beach); there were extra supplies (cleaning products, toilet paper, etc) and the bedrooms had spacious clothes cupboards. The host was always very quick to respond to questions before arrival and during our stay.

Helt perfekt feriebolig. Stille og rolig område, velholdt leilighet . Velutstyrt kjøkken, strandutstyr, herlig terrasse. Jan var enkel å holde kontakt med, svarer kjapt på henvendelser. Vi kommer garantert tilbake.
