Large living room with double sofa bed, smart TV, air conditioning, French window and balcony on the internal courtyard, with bins for separate collection.
All areas are intended for guests only.
We care about you and the environment, so we will provide you with linen washed with natural based detergents and you will sleep between anti-mite and hypoallergenic pillows and duvets.
Smoke and carbon monoxide detector.
The comfortable environment will make you feel at home, even in case of long stays.

CHECK IN
Check-in must be agreed in advance, at least one day before the beginning of the stay, as the apartment does not have a reception service.
I will welcome you in person.
You will be asked to sign a lease.
In compliance with the rules of Public Security in force, all guests, even if accompanied minors, must show their own valid identity document.
The city tax of € 2.30 per person per night, from 12 years old, will be collected for a maximum of 7 nights

THE SURROUNDINGS
The Allianz Arena (Juventus Stadium) is about a 5-minute walk away. A few steps away you will find shops, shopping centers, supermarkets, local market.

city center 4.5 km (12/15 'by car, 20/35' by public transport, depending on traffic)
Reggia di Venaria, Teatro della Concordia, Parco della Mandria at 4 km (5/10 'by car)
Castello di Rivoli at 16km (15 'by car)
The accommodation is 16 km from the airport, 6 km from Porta Susa railway station, 2 km from the highway / ring road (Venaria Reale or Corso Regina Margherita exits).
Near the house you will find the bus stops for buses 29, 59, 62, 72 and tram 3 for the city center and VE1, 72 and 11 for Venaria Reale.
At about 500 m the Sightseeing Bus stop (circuit Centro di Torino and Reggia di Venaria)

HOUSE RULES
Out of respect for the neighbors it is not allowed to make a racket between 23 and 8.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
It is not allowed to organize parties, nor to welcome and / or host people not reported at check-in and therefore not reported to the Public Security authorities.
At the end of the stay, please throw away the garbage and leave the kitchen tidy, washing the used dishes.

INFANTS AND CHILDREN
Infants and children up to 2 years of age stay free in the beds booked by adults.
Children 0-2 years old who will sleep in an adult bed must be counted as such in the booking and will therefore pay the adult fee.
Upon request, a high chair and camping cot for children will be provided.
