Malinska is a favorite tourist destination for many guests who can enjoy its dozen or so beautiful beaches, mild climate and rich tourist offer.
Together with 20 smaller villages, Malinska forms an area of the island called Dubašnica (“dub” is the local name for oak). The wooded bay on the west coast of the island of Krk, where Malinska and the surrounding villages are located, boasts lush vegetation because it is sheltered from the cold winds and characterized by a mild climate, so the potential for developing health tourism in this area was recognized very early on.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Große, klimatisierte Wohnung, toller Pool, Strand / Meer in Laufnähe - zu diesem Preis, kaum zu toppen. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr herzlich. Allerdings könnten die Wohnungen mal general-überholt werden (Duschvorhang z. B. ist wirklich nicht mehr up to date!).

Gute Lage, schönen Urlaub verbracht

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern und einem Hund da. Wohnung ist zwar recht klein, aber da man dort ehe nur schläft, ist es ausreichend. Das Haus selbst befindet auf einem großen Grundstück nahe des Strandes, in 5 min ist man am Meer. Hauptsächlich felsiger Strand, aber nicht überlaufen, es gab genügend Plätzchen um sich zu sonnen und zu relaxen. In der Nähe sind genügend Einkaufmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants vorhanden. Viele der Restaurants haben wir zu Fuß besucht. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln hatten, dass es laut Hausordnung keine Partys erwünscht sind, daran hat sich aber die Vermieterin selbst nicht wirklich gehalten. Sie hatte Ihre Verwandten eingeladen, die erst bis halb in die Nacht eine Party gefeiert haben und am nächsten Tag den ganzen Pool belagert haben. Irgendwie sind wir der Meinung, es hätte nicht sein müssen. Verständlich wäre es, wenn alle im Haus wohnen würden und den Pool gemeinsam nutzen würden, aber so, hat man sich nicht willkommen gefüllt. Im Großen und Ganzen aber ein erholsamer Urlaub gewesen. Fazit: Ortschaft und Lage super, aber diese Wohnungen würden nicht mehr buchen.
