Buena ubicación pero algo descuidado

Ubicación perfecta y el apartamento está bien, pero no tiene aire acondicionado (imposible descansar) no tiene toldo (el sol sale frontalmente desde primera hora) no tiene persiana en el salón (la cristalera al sol es un calefactor y quien duerma ahí ya puede madrugar por la luz) la mesa del salón a punto de desmontarse. Bastante descuidado. Si alguien lo alquila le recomiendo que lleve un aire acondicionado portátil. Lo agradecerá.
