Welcome to our Private Villa bought march 2020 we have been carrying out renovations and modernisation the past 2 years, very close to beach & bars / restaurants 3 double bedrooms 1 downstairs king size bed, & 2 upstairs, 1 superking bed this can be split into 2 x 90cm singles & 1 king-size , open plan lounge / kitchen, full kitchen, 49" flat screen tv satellite tv with all sky tv bt sports & world channels in all languages, Full Netflix, free safe, very fast fibre broadband 150mb, Private swimming pool, Pernera is close to Protaras couple of mins drive local bus route or you can walk the coastal walkway within 15 minutes, we will do everything we can to make sure you have a pleasant stay, welcome pack with some essentials bread,tea,coffee,milk sugar, can be provided if requested, incase late arrival we have a key safe for your check in, recently has new air con units throughout new pool & poolside toilet, new sunbeds table chairs & parasol, new induction hob & new fridge freezer, it has a electric remote control awning to rear. New King size beds upstairs.

59 years old bricklayer by trade have been renovating properties whole life, rented villas for holidays ourselves and want to provide what we can to ensure a great holiday.
Why they chose this property
This is going to be our home in the winter months and rented in summer months, we picked it as pernera is very close to Protaras so we can walk there, only 14 properties in our culdisac so peaceful but literally 2 minutes walk to nearest restaurants & bars, less than 50/60 metres to bus stops take you Ayia Napa / Protaras / Kapparis / Paralimni.

cul-de-sac location so no traffic very close to bars and restaurants 6 mins walk to beach property has 1 double bedroom downstairs so good for guests with walking difficulties, pool side toilet private pool, also 50 /60 metres to bus stop
