This home is the perfect place to stay while being in Louisville for all the Derby festivities. This beautiful three bedroom is located four miles from Churchill Downs, minutes from Bardstown Rd and the Highlands, walking distance to the Zoo and minutes from Nulu, Germantown, Louisville Mega Caverns. This property is located in the center of it all!

There is a total of two nice size bedrooms and one master bedroom suite. Home is fully furnished with plenty of entertaining space inside and outside. The home has flat screen tvs throughout and wifi.

Come and enjoy yourself and make yourself at home. Special rates considered for long term rentals!

Place is in a nice neighborhood and good for 3 people or 3 couples.
The house was fairly well prepared but definitely not spotless. The description is a little misleading in terms of beds. There are basically three beds. The other two are not big enough or comfortable enough for an adult to sleep on. We had five male adults and sleeping arrangements weren’t fantastic.

Nice house close to downtown
This property was great for my family for our Thanksgiving vacation. We had a total of 4 adults and 3 children and it accommodated is nicely. The master suite is amazing and the house was very well appointed with items needed. Our only thing to say to be aware of is there isn’t a traditional table for dining but rather bar seating which should be fine for most guests. There is also ample seating space in the living room. We really enjoyed having smart TVs in every room as well!

Consider this VRBO!
Great location, quiet neighborhood, clean, roomy and comfortable home with very comfortable beds! Kristi was friendly and helpful with quick text responces. Uber ride to downtown Louisville was about $12. Excellent stay, we would return here.

Family Get Away
This home was even better than the listing! The owner had everything well stocked for our stay. The home was clean and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was timely. We spent most of our days out and about in the heat of Louisville and came in to a cool house with hot showers daily. Beds were very comfortable....not cheap mattress like in some rentals. We will stay again in the future if we need a 3Br/2b home on our next trip to Kentucky!
