In the homeland of the Malaspina, a few steps from Pontremoli with its castle and the cathedral that preserves beautiful sculptures by Della Robbia, from Florence, from Lucca, from the crystal clear sea of the Cinque Terre, you can spend your holidays in this truly enchanting private village.

The first Villa, Villa Gianna of about 200sqm, is divided on two levels of 7 rooms as follows: GROUND FLOOR: -large garden with olive trees. FIRST FLOOR: - large open terrace equipped with stone table; - large living room with fireplace, equipped with three large sofas and TV; - large kitchen with terrace, equipped with large wooden table, oven, fridge and various accessories; - kitchen with wood oven, fireplace and marble sink; - large bathroom with tub; - small room with washing machine. SECOND FLOOR: - large double bedroom with large mezzanine and terrace; - double room; - bathroom with shower; - terrace on the corridor with panoramic view of the Apuan Alps and garden.

The second Villa, called Villa Vitalina, is divided as follows:
GROUND FLOOR: - large garden and parking space.
FIRST FLOOR: - partially covered terrace, equipped with stone table; - large living room / dining room with fireplace equipped with table and armchairs; - large modern kitchen equipped with all accessories (oven, fridge, dishwasher etc.); - double room; - bathroom with shower.
SECOND FLOOR: - large terrace / solarium with panoramic views of the Apuan Alps, the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and the Lunigiana valley. - double room; - double room; - single room; - bathroom with tub.

The third and final Villa, Villa Giorgia hosts up to a maximum of 6 people.
The villa, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with every comfort, has 3 bedrooms.

The location offers an agreement with Park Hotel La Pineta, which offers our guests the beautiful swimming pool shown in the photos.

The swimming pool will be used in common with the guests of the La Pineta hotel. In this farmhouse, reachable in 2 minutes on foot, it is possible to taste typical products for both lunch and dinner.

N. B.: The accommodation, presenting itself with countless stairways, is not to be considered suitable for all those people with physical disabilities and / or disabled people.
