Modern, quiet and comfortable apartment of about 75 square meters located on the sixth floor of a period building with a lift (however it is NOT suitable for the disabled).
Our accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and has a comfortable living room with double sofa bed and relaxation corner, open kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: hob, electric and microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses.
Bathroom with tub / shower, bidet and hairdryer.
Two balconies, one of which furnished with a table and bench.
Other comforts available to guests: unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating with the boiler, air conditioning (2 split - in the bedroom and in the living area), washing machine, clothesline, clothes hanger, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Access for guests
The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to keep in mind
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document. Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.
