Plenty of space for big families!

The Marco Polo mobile home is designed for large families, for those who take their grandparents on holiday or for those who want a bedroom all for themselves. With its three bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people, who can count on the comfort of two bathrooms complete with shower. A large window connects the colorful living area with the veranda, which, with its approximately 20 m2 of covered surface, still offers plenty of space to spend unforgettable holidays.

Marco Polo maxicaravans are located inside the Pra ’delle Torri Holiday Center, in the area called Golf Village, about 10/15 minutes walk from the swimming pools and the golden beach of Caorle.

They have an internal surface of almost 35 square meters and consist of:

- Bright living room with sofa, table and chairs and air conditioning;
- Kitchenette with 4 burner stove, sink, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, microwave oven, electric coffee maker;
- 1 bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) with orthopedic bed base;
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm);
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (80 x 200 cm) and 1 pull-out bed (70 x 200 cm);
- 2 bathrooms, each with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. Ceramic sanitary ware, hot and cold water.
- External wooden veranda of about 20 square meters, paved and covered, with garden table and chairs.

The maximum capacity of the Marco Polo Mobile Home is 6 adults.

A parking space for one car is available next to each mobile home.

Animals are not allowed.

Included in the price:
- stay for up to 5 people per accommodation;
- access to the open beach;
- access to the water park;
- entertainment (age 4 and over);
- use of the activity park;
- use of the slide park;
- use of the sports facilities;
- use of water, electricity and gas;
- air conditioning;
- parking for one car.

Not included in the price:
- 6th person (contact us to know the daily rate requested from the campsite);
- Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen;
- final cleaning;
- tourist tax.

Deposit: 100,00 Euro (in cash)

End-of-stay cleaning: we ask that you leave the mobile home clean and tidy at departure. It is also possible to book an end-of-stay clean at a cost of €50. If the mobile home is not left in good condition at check-out, €50 will be deducted from the deposit.

For stays of fewer than 7 nights, the charged end-of-stay cleaning service is compulsory.

Guests are nonetheless asked not to leave dirty plates in the sink or rubbish inside the mobile home.

Arrival and departure days:
- every day from 13.04.2022 to 14.05.2022 and from 17.09.22 to 02.10.2022;
- from Monday to Friday from 14.05.22 to 04.06.22;
- Sunday from 05.06.22 to 19.06.22;
- Wednesday, Friday e Sunday from 19.06.2022 to 17.09.2022

Minimum stay:
- 2 nights from 13.04.2022 to 21.05.2022;
- 3 nights from 21.05.2022 to 05.06.2022 and from 19.06.2020 to 02.10.2020;
- 7 nights from 05.06.2022 to 19.06.2022.

Beach equipment included per accommodation: portable beach umbrella

Available for hire:
- Bedlinen and towels. Single Set (1 Person) - 2 single sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel. Price €15.00.
- Camping Cot 1,00 Euro/day
- Pushchair 1,00 Euro/day
- Highchair 1,00 Euro/day

We require these services to be booked at least 7 days before arrival.
