Awesome property, very comfortable, super clean, newly renovated, close to transport and groceries. Bathroom has touch-less tap and toilet flush like in the airports. One gets easily spoiled! The host Khalid is super-welcoming, always quick to respond to any questions, and he even bought food for me when I told him I would be arriving after midnight due to a long flight delay. One could hardly wish for a better host!! God bless Khalid! :)

Excellent stay in high end pad *****

Best place we have stayed in (on a work trip). Khalid was a great communicator and gave great detail on the property and how to get there and met us there. What a difference a GREAT host makes - the property was so clean and comfortable - super cosy - we will definitely be back!

Great value, excellent location - Would definitely stay again.

Arrived at the property and was met promptly by the owner. He showed me around and took time to explain everything to ensure I have a pleasant stay. Location is perfect, short walking distance from the centre of Leicester and good bus route too. The accommodation was very clean and well kept. The owner was pleasant and took time to answer all my queries and always available when needed. I would recommend this a place to stay for anyone visiting Leicester. A very enjoyable experience.

Great Find

Very homely, cosy, clean and comfortable. Very good taste in decor, a shower room that looks as if it is out of some highend penthouse, A Nespresso machine with coffee pods - this is a first as I have had to provide my own in other places, a ice comfy bed with decent bedding a real fluffy pillows. It was all the little touches which you have to experience that made this a really comfortable nights stay for myself and my partner. Would definately recommend if you want to impress your lady.

My stay was perfect during a business trip to Leicester This is by far the best property I have stayed in while on business The place was stopless with everything you would expect Easy access to city centre And a host that made the trip pleasant with great communication throughout
