About this property

Well-kept cottage with sauna and whirlpool located only approx. 500 meters from lovely sandy beach and close to small fishing / marina at Kramnitze. After a good walk by the beach, you can enjoy the heat in the sauna and the massaging air bubbles in the hot tub. There is free internet and a German TV channel (ZDF). Heating of the cottage is with green energy air / air heating or a cozy cold evening by the stove. There are swings and sandpit as well as cot and high chair for the kids. Lovely covered terrace for cozy evenings with barbecue. The cottage is located on a quiet, closed road in the cottage area. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
