I wouldn't recommend this property or any property Warmrentals manages. The entrance to the unit is very rundown, a "hole in the wall" as my kids called it. To start we did not have internet, and there's no router or modem in the unit to try to reboot. Finally, the day after they had MEO restart the router and we had Internet. Doesn't seem like a bid deal, but the internet is our form of communicating when we get our 13 year old to stay behind with his brothers. The next day, when we headed out, I could not lock our door or re-enter the apartment. I tried to communicate wit the main number or the person who assisted us the night before, but there was no answer. Finally after two hours we heard back from someone and they instructed me not to reach out to them directly, but to send an email. Kind of insensitive when we'v been locked out for two hours. I did get a response, we waited another hour for the locksmith to show-up and finally we were let in. We could lock the door from the outside, but we couldn't lock the door from the inside. He had to return to replace the lock. We left, because were already well delayed, he returned later and fixed it without us needing to be there. On the third day, there was rain and we had a leak in the ceiling. I contacted the person at Warmrental who handled the lock situation. She said this is a matter for the condo and again, she instructed me to contact the main line (who after 48h had not responded too my original Wifi inquiry.
