Tessa, holiday home with large swimming pool
This beautiful timber frame home is located on a private plot of over 3 acres just south of Fumel in the department "Lot et Garonne". The house is stylishly furnished and sleeps up to 8 people. There is a large heated swimming pool 4 x 12 meter. There is also a jacuzzi (75,- euros to be paid locally). The house is 3 km away from a nice village with restaurants and a few shops. Super at this house is the private sport's room.

Large and cosy living room with open kitchen and covered terrace overlooking the pool. There is Internet WIFI (moderate speed) availible. 4 bedrooms (all on the ground floor), 3 with a double bed and two with twin beds, two bathrooms (with shower) and two toilets.
Outdoors
3 acres land with large lawn with possibility for football, badminton, lovely very large private swimming pool (12 x 4 meters). A large part is dog proof fenced.
Surroundings
Canoeing possibilities on the Lot River (10 km). For those who are interested in wine is this is a very interesting region. Black Cahors wines are internationally known. The charming villages Fumel and Prayssac are about 15 km away.
