Luxury RV At The Farm

Come and enjoy a quiet getaway in the country in a top of the line luxury Thor Outlaw RV. Located on a working hobby farm with cattle, sheep, mules, chickens, and pigs.
PLEASE NOTE- We have a strict cancellation policy. Please read our entire listing, all rules and amenities before booking, please be sure our RV is a fit for you. The stairs leading into the RV have a weight limit of 300 pounds. There are multiple stairs leading into the RV and a few within the RV.

Our RV has all of the comforts of home.

This model includes all of the comforts of home . The kitchen has been fully decked out with a refrigerator and 3 burner propane cooktop.

Awesome Thor Outlaw Toyhauler! Room for adults and the kiddos to have separate areas. More space than any RV we’ve been in. Tons of room and modern amenities.

This RV is very well cared for and in great shape!

The RV has many windows throughout to allow for sunshine. Most of the windows also have black out shades.

The neighborhood

While we are located in a rural setting we are within 6 miles of downtown Xenia offering ample shopping and dining options. We are also within 20-30 minutes of Cedarville, Wilmington, Yellow Springs, Beavercreek, Wright-Patterson AFB and the Air force Museum, University of Dayton, and many other attractions.

Other things to note

Although there are several TVs located throughout the RV there is no cable provided. You are welcome to bring your own DVDs to play in the unit.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on our property.

We do not allow guests or visitors except for those in the reservation.

Our RV is only for rent on our property. We do not allow anyone to take it off the property nor do we deliver it to be rented at other locations.

Absolutely no pets.

Relaxing and comfortable
WE really enjoyed our stay, we were centrally located where we needed to be for family functions and class reunions. We enjoy the from deck to read on and the goats, donkeys and sheep. Nice private location and great place to get back to mother nature

Quietness Appreciation
If you like to hear little but birds in the morning, from a comfortable surrounding, you have found it here. If there was any complaint at all, it would be that maintaining hot water temperatures for a shower was a bit tricky, but the water was so soft you come out feeling extra clean and soft! :) Farm fresh eggs in a terrific sized fridge and a large freezer as well, were above expectations. Definitely NOT for anyone with mobility issues, as the camper has some steps within and entering it is a bit of a climb. Bring DVD's if you need to watch a very large TV, as there was virtually no TV reception, but we didn't miss it at all. We used it mostly to sleep and cook a few meals and the temps outside were beastly during out stay. The air conditioning could cool the camper down to frigid, if wanted! There are 3 separate units to adjust, which was wonderful at maintaining comfort, a big plus for us. Super clean as well. Nothing to not like, unless you crave distractions other than chickens and donkeys!

Cozy place on the farm
Ken and Derby were incredibly gracious and thoughtful hosts during our stay. I made a mistake with booking the correct dates, and they were very kind about letting my wife and I upgrade from the RV, to the guest house. Debbie and I truly appreciated their hospitality, and hope to be able to enjoy it again some day.

Fun RV experience
My husband and I enjoyed our weekend stay in the Luxury RV. Everything was meticulously clean. Farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Comfy bed. Beautiful RV. All this on a lovely working family farm. We had a delightful experience.
