Terrible Experience

We booked this property in June 2023 to stay for one night in July 2023. We had issues trying to pay the property management company as they do not utilize VRBO as a payment processor. The apartment was advertised as a 4 bed, two bath - it is not. It is a 2 bed one bath. The check in time communicated was 4pm. When we arrived at 6pm, The apartment was not clean and the cleaning gal was sitting on the couch watching TV. We were advised that it would take at least an hour for the apartment to be cleaned. The Wi-Fi did not work. It has been over a month and we have not received our security deposit back. I cannot recommend renting this apartment or any property managed by WH Home.
