Beautiful view but nowhere designated to sit outside.

The place is lovely but no balcony or any outside seating. The inside of the property is very nice and quirky. We had a comfortable stay. The air conditioning on the mezzanine floor was very good but the air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t work. The cleanliness of the apartment could be better. I have 2 properties in the UK that I let out through VRBO and my guests expect a lot better from the cleaning and I don’t charge extra. Please be aware that the description on VRBO is not accurate. We packed light, as it states there’s a washing machine but no, there is not. There was no soap or shampoo. The kitchen is so dark, I needed to use my phone torch to see inside the cupboards. The microwave is so high, I couldn’t reach it. Some small changes to this apartment could make it perfect.

Entspannter Urlaub in Colà

Das Objekt liegt in dem malerischen, ruhigen Örtchen Colà. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Villa da Sacco. Das Ambiente/Flair ist toll, da das das alt-ehrwürdige Gemäuer der Villa da Sacco und auch der Ort selbst, eine super Atmosphäre ausstrahlen. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee. Leider hatten wir keinen Balkon, um die lauen Abende bzw. Frühstück dort genießen zu können. Wir waren mit der Wohnung im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden. Manko waren die defekte Klimaanlage sowie fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten im Badezimmer. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre zudem wünschenswert. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft gestaltete sich etwas kompliziert, da der Gastgeber und auch sonst niemand persönlich vor Ort war. Stattdessen wurden wir per Whats-App-Nachrichten bzw. Videos geleitet. Da die Nachrichten/Videos teilweise, aufgrund fehlender Internetverbindung, nicht downgeloaded werden konnten, gestaltete sich die "Schnitzeljagd" nach dem Schlüssel etwas schwierig und nervig, nach einer langen Anfahrt. Es wäre empfehlenswert die Anweisungen/Videos bzgl. der Schlüsselübergabe 1-2 Tage vor Anreise zu erhalten, bzw. persönlich vor Ort. Nichts desto trotz hatten wir eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit genossen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
