Renovated holiday home with two sleeping rooms, kitchen, living area, bathroom, terrasse. It is situated at a quite parth of Pula. It´s ideal for family with children. The house have a big closed courtyard where you can enjoy with your children. The parking is also in the courtyard and a covered terrasse with barbecue. The sea is 3 km and a city center 1 km away. Many shops, a bakery and a restaurant are within 500 m away. Nature park Kamenjak is 10 km away.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Pula und Umgebung ...

Für unsere erste Kroatien-Reise wollten wir gerne etwas von Land und Leuten mitbekommen und haben uns daher das Haus in der Stadt Pula ausgesucht. Es liegt recht zentral und doch etwas abseits in einer Seitenstraße einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man ist von dort schnell in der Stadt, am Meer und zu zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren mit dem PKW dort. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Es ist ein altes Haus, welches umfangreich renoviert und modernisiert wurde. Alles wirkt neu und mit hochwertigen Materialen und von Fachleuten durchgeführt - für uns alles tip-top. Der Eigentümer begrüßte uns zuverlässig am Haus, erklärte ein wenig die Technik und versorgte uns mit Kontakten und Empfehlungen aus der Gegend. Auch hier war alles perfekt! Die Terrasse und der Garten drum herum bietet verschiedene Sonne und Schattenplätze. Der gemauerte Grill bietet sich an um selbst Cevapcici zuzubereiten :P Für uns auch ein klares Plus waren die (verschiebbaren) Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern. So blieb alles Unerwünschte draußen. Der Parkplatz vor Türe war sehr praktisch und immer für uns frei. Für uns war die Unterkunft perfekt und würden sie wieder buchen - also klare Empfehlung.
