About this property

My Tuscan Farmhouse is located in the Chianti region of Tuscany. The home was recently restored and is located near the town of Montespertoli 30 minutes from Florence. The home will be totally yours with private swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and wood fired pizza oven as well as a fire pit to enjoy in the evenings overlooking an incredible view of the valley below.
The home sleeps 8 and has four full bedrooms, three with ensuite bath and one with a dedicated bathroom across the hall. Downstairs, the living room offers a full bath and opens on the garden and pool area with a fenced in yard of just under an acre. On the patio behind the house you will find a small outdoor kitchen with stove top, gas grill, refrigerator and dishwasher. The top floor has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. The colombaia is a room that sits on the top floor of the home that is used as a tv home cinema.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
This area of Chianti is perhaps less well known to tourists but has been the place of choice for Noble families of Florence who own large plots of land used for farming olives and winemaking. Antinori, Guicciardini, Sonnino, and others provide wonderful wineries to taste the wines of the area.
Guests would need transportation such as a car or private car service. The town of Montespertoli is served by the regional bus service which offers trips to Florence daily, however the town is 2 km from the home.

Traumhaftes Bauernhaus mit super Ausblick

Empfangen von der sehr freundlichen Eigentümerin Ann konnten wir (7er Gruppe) das wirklich sehr geschmackvoll gestaltete Haus schnell beziehen. Gelegen an einer recht ruhigen kleinen Landstraße bietet es mit 4 Zimmern, 5 Bädern, zwei Wohnzimmern sowie einer Innen- und Außenküche alles, was auch gehobeneren Ansprüchen genügt. Der riesige Garten inkl. Pool und Feuerstelle läßt auch keine Wünsche offen. Der nächste Ort Montespertoli bietet alles, was man zum Glücklichwerden so braucht sowie einige kleine Restaurants. Alles in Allem würden wir sofort wiederkommen! Besonders muss man die Ausstattung hervorheben. Alles, was man auch zu Hause zum Leben benötigt findet man auch hier,

Paradise in the Tuscan hills.
