Its central location allows quick access (on foot) to different points of interest in the city, such as the Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello and Bolhão Market.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a centenary building consisting of 3 floors, with no elevator, with access to the apartment via stairs.

The apartment is divided into 2 floors (duplex), and has a large private garden (2 levels), and an outdoor room to support it.

On the entrance floor of the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room equipped with smart TV, air conditioning, and a shared bathroom (without shower).

This floor gives access to the private garden and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.

On the upper floor, there are the two bedrooms of the apartment, the main one equipped with a double bed, a balcony with a privileged view of the garden and air conditioning; the secondary bedroom has two single beds (which can be joined together if requested), and air conditioning.

On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower.
