3-bedroom self-catering bungalow with garden situated in quiet but central area of Aviemore offering family and dog friendly accommodation Within a 10-minute walk of Aviemore centre and 15-minute drive from Cairngorm Mountain.

The lounge consists of a good size room with 3-seater settee and 2 armchairs and a large smart TV. The dining area has a table for 6 guests and a patio door to patio with picnic table. The kitchen offers guests an electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, kettle, 4 slice toaster, breakfast bar, plenty of pots and pans. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a door to back of house. The master bedroom is furnished with a kingsize bed, beside cabinets with table lamps, wardrobe, mirror, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The double bedroom consists of a double bed, bedside cabinets with table lamps, chest of drawers, and a free-standing wardrobe. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The shower room is a wet room with shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The outside provides guests with a large garden with patio area picnic table and chairs. Private driveway, with ample parking for 3 cars. Child and dog friendly garden.

All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, complementary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.
Situated in a central but tranquil area of Aviemore with great access to north and south routes to explore the wider reaches of the Highlands. 10-minute walk from the centre of Aviemore. Taxis are operational 24 hours of the day. Aviemore train station is located within a 12-minute walk or a 4-minute drive.

No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM up to 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am.

Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay.

Aviemore break
Location was excellent, close to centre of Aviemore. The house was of good size and was well equipped. Some decorating could be done to refresh the property. New housing development being built at rear of garden and construction noise could be heard from 7.30 am onwards. A smell of oil in the main bedroom wardrobe was noticed and got worse as the week went on. It was reported and it would appear that the smell was coming in from the external oil fired boiler. A tradesman was sent around to check this and silicone sealant was put around where the pipes entered the house. We couldn't tell if this rectified the problem as there was a strong smell of silicone so we moved into the other double bedroom.

Aviemore revisted
Love coming to Aviemore, it never disappoints and neither did the accommodation. Excellent location for a short walk into the village which is full of shops and cafes etc to keep everyone happy, also just a short bike ride to all of the great trails surrounding the village. Accommodation itself was clean, well presented and contained everything we needed for our stay. The storage shed at the front was a bonus for keeping the bikes dry and secure.
