The 'Petit Gothique' was one of the first Art Deco apartment buildings in Cannes (built in 1925). High ceilings. Bags of character.
Fully renovated in 2019, the apartment has everything you could need to help you feel at home during your stay.

- South-facing
- Large open kitchen/lounge
- 2-bedrooms/2 bathrooms
- Refurbished throughout in 2019
- Small south-facing balcony (seats 2) with a view of the Suquet (Old Town)
A wide range of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the famous Palais, Forville Market and Old Port, are less than 5 minutes' walk away.
The 'Petit Gothique' is a great base in a quiet residential area from which to discover all that the Cote d'Azur has to offer.
Parking: Cars can be parked safely in the Forville/Suquet car park, which is about 5 minutes' walk from our apartment.

We have learned a lot since we began renting out our apartments back in 2006 about what clients are looking for during their stay, and we think that this property will fulfil even the most demanding traveller's expectations.
