The house located in the historical center of the city, is perfect as a base for those traveling with friends, children or their family. Explore the city with ease - the Spanish Steps are just 10 minutes away on foot - the neighborhood is safe, ideal for families.
The apartment is located in Palazzo Marescalchi Belli, a prestigious building that is one of the noble palaces of the center in Campo Marzio district.
From its original role as a training ground for the recruits of ancient Rome to its current identity as one of the city's most coveted neighborhoods, Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome.
Beautiful Renaissance and Baroque buildings line the streets, full of elegant boutiques (Via del Corso and Via Condotti are just some of the most famous luxury shopping streets), restaurants and delicatessens.
During the day, the Romans parade bustling through the streets of the city, stopping from time to time to enjoy the beauty of squares such as Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina, Piazza San Silvestro, Piazza di Fontanella Borghese.
Palazzo Marescalchi Belli is mentioned on the site of Italian historic houses and on the site of Italian cultural heritage also, and not only, for the sixteenth-century church of San Gregorio dei Muratori, which is located in its basement with access from via Leccosa.
The Campo Marzio area is lively but also quiet after the aperitif time, therefore perfect also for families, you will find yourself a few minutes walk from Piazza di Spagna, while in front of the building there is the Ara Pacis Augustae (Altar of Peace), Augustus' great monument to peace.
One of the most important works of ancient Roman sculpture, completed in 13 BC. and a few steps from the mausoleum of Augustus.
The Navigante fountain, which unmistakably identifies the square, is the last testimony of the lighthouse of the ancient river port of the city of Rome.
The apartment has fine finishes and has been furnished with an elegant design like the building that houses it, spread over 55 square meters and it is on the ground - mezzanine floor (there are about 10 steps to climb to reach it at the entrance of the building) and it has a bright living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom.
From the window it is possible to admire a stretch of the Lungotevere, enjoy a wonderful walk along it in autumn or winter (when trees colors are amazing), or during the summer or spring, with the cool shade of the trees.
