St Albans is officially a City due to the beautiful cathedral at the footsteps of Verulamium Park. The park is a fantastic place to take a stroll or maybe a jog while taking in the scenery of the lake or Roman ruins. You might want to have refreshments in the historical Fighting Cocks pub at the edge of the park, rumoured to be one of the oldest in England. The City centre has a wonderful choice of restaurants and bars as well as a mid-week and weekend market. The Odyssey Cinema is also just a walking distance away from the apartment.

St Albans City train station and St. Albans Abbey train station have fast links into London, bus services around the area are good.
Nearby attractions including Harry Potter, Legoland, the outstanding Chiltern Hills with idyllic villages and of course London which is a short drive down the M1
