39RM is situated at the harbour with a lovely view. There is a convenient shop next door for essentials. Just a few minutes walk into town, restaurants and beaches and the ferry across to Torquay and Brixham.
The house was very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished with lots of personal touches. The courtyard garden at the back was perfect for the evening sun. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to revisit again. It's one of the nicest properties we have stayed at.
We had a lovely stay at RM 39. The house is ideally situated opposite the harbour and within walking distance to the shops, restaurant and the beach. The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for great holiday. We would highly recommend.
The house is lovely & homely and well positioned for different beaches and local attractions. The owner was easily contactable and attentive to our queries.
All the family loved our stay there!
We’ve had a lovely week staying in 39RM. The house had plenty of space for our 2 families. The location (in the Harbour) was ideal as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the main ‘Paignton town’, and even then was only a short walk to the centre. There are 3 beaches close by and we hired a beach hut, which was definitely worth it! The ‘boot room’ is a great addition as we took a paddle board and blow up kayak - the outside tap was very useful. Nice addition of buckets and spaces, fold up chairs and beach towels to use at the house. Good fish and chips from The Pelican, breakfast at Mollys, dinner at Harbour Lights and cocktails (amazing strawberry daiquiris) at The Crab & Hammer! Parking (for one car) was tight! But we didn’t struggle too much to find an additional spot further up the hill. We didn’t use either car during the week as we didn’t need to. We walked to Torquay and got the Ferry back one day which was good for a change of scenery. If you visit the water park, again in walking distance, we’d recommend wearing wetsuits, as when it was windy it was rather cold!
Overall, we’ve had a very enjoyable week.
Thanks Rupert :-)
