This large, perfectly positioned villa is in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac and has beautiful mature gardens separating you from the neighbours (and seemingly, the rest of the world) when you are here!
Sit out on the side terrace and enjoy the colourful Bougainvillea against the blue skies and green leafy mature plants and trees in the landscaped and neat gardens.
Or you might want to sit in the rear garden by the pool and enjoy a barbecue or two, with easy access in and out of the kitchen.
Maybe if you're a sun seeker, you'd like to soak up the rays on the pool terrace, or even through the pretty arch to the elevated garden area.
Finally, those seeking the views as well as the sun, will enjoy the upper terrace, to sit and enjoy a cocktail with a view of both the sea and the mountains.
Wherever you choose to relax, you are guranteed plenty of space, no matter how many are in your group sharing your holiday experience.
Inside the villa there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, a dressing table and mirror and a double wardrobe. Double patio doors lead to the front garden (north) and a window to the rear garden (south)
The other bedroom has two single beds and a dressing table with mirror and double wardrobe and a window with a view to the rear garden (south)
All windows have curtains and black out blinds for the best night's sleep even during the sunny early mornings.
The open plan space on entry to the villa has the dining area with 6 seater table and chairs and living area with large bay windows, leather sofas, fireplace and TV. Double patio doors lead to the kitchen terrace and rear garden and pool.
An office space is to be found under the large spiral staircase, inhabiting the castle-like round, stone-feature stairwell.
The upper floor accommodates only the master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes, with en-suite shower room and access to the upper terrace via double patio doors. The en-suite has full shower cubicle, and shelving for your toiletries etc.

Full towels and linens are provided throughout the villa for your stay.
Internet is provided FREE and the password can be found in your welcome pack on entry to the villa.
Concierge services are fully available between 8am and 6pm every day, and the property manager is at hand for all of your questions or concerns.

Airport transfers and/or car hire can be arranged at excellent rates from Larnaca, Paphos or Ercan airports.
