On a fantastic site with great amenities and a great family park. Brilliant caravan with a cosy feel and homely touches.

3 bed caravan, sleeps 8. Emerald rated.

We'd like to put in a complaint

Didn't enjoy our time here 1 thing after another went wrong, we'd like to put a complaint in over what we've been though firstly the window was smashed and we had to be moved and then next we had to leave the caravan at all hours in morning because boiler was unsafe and water got into electrics all coming from boiler so we had to call 999 and have fire birgade out all that wasn't our fault all these things should have been checked out before we even come into this caravan and we not very happy about it and we'd like something sorting out incase it happens again, it's also sent made us all poorly

Short stay

Our stay was ok although my family had lots of problems with the shore it kept going hot or cold and would not go just right also not much tea towels or oven gloves available and outside the doors of caravan is a unstable slab which is dangerous. Thanks
