Die Wohnung selbst geht aber..
..um dorthin zu gelangen muss man vorbei an Mülltonnen in einen schmutzigen Hinterhof. Danach in ein verwahrlostes, baufälliges Treppenhaus in dem schon Teile der Deckenverkleidung abgestützt sind und der Putz von den Wänden bröckelt rauf in den 2. Stock. Wem das nichts ausmacht, erreicht eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die grds. den Hochglanzbildern auf der Webseite entspricht. Die Heizung liess sich erst nach dem Download des User manuals in Betrieb nehmen, wobei zwei der drei Heizkörper nicht richtig funktionierten. Die Sauberkeit insb. in der Badewanne und der Toilette war sehr schlecht. Von der Vermittlungsagentur Pillow Partners erhielten wir die Aussage, dass die Wohnung vermietet wird, nicht der äußere Zugangsbereich. Und das der angeblich günstige Preis reflektiere, dass die Wohnung in einem Wohn-/Geschäftsviertel liegt ebenso wie den baufälligen Zustand des Umfelds . In der Anzeige steht davon allerdings nichts. Statt 6 Nächte haben wir die Wohnung nach nur einer Nacht wieder verlassen. Zur Lage: die Wohnung liegt an einer befahrenen Straße, dafür aber sehr günstig zum Einkaufen und zur Küstenpromade. Dahin kehren wir nicht mehr zurück.

Communal area of property a disgrace in urgent need of maintenance.
If there where pictures showing communal area no one would rent this flat. Helensburgh nice accommodation not so nice roller blind missing the blind so just the roller not good if you want some privacy or to keep out the light
