The dungeon!!!
Upon our arrival we opened the door only to find the suite had been trashed!!! The bed was broken, the couch was wrecked, the blinds were wrecked and it was filthy beyond belief. The floors were covered in dirt, dog hair, all surfaces were covered in filth, the dishes were dirty with water, hair and food particles. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. The suite opens into the back parking lot with garbage cans and old storage sheds. The door and door frame had previously been damaged.
Tara was disgusted with the overall state of the suite . She negotiated a small refund to compensate the time and effort we had to clean everything to a satisfactory level. She replaced the bed and pots and pans as the previous ones were burned beyond use. I bleached the towels and bedding.
Martin this unit is beyond belief and should not be used as a rental unit as it is very disgusting.
Martin, it is really a health risk to any renters as it is. I would think that VRBO would have standards and this one is very substandard. We will not be using this company again and will certainly redflag your properties Martin.
