Beste Lage in El Palmar

Das Mobilhome ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und das Bett ist bequem. Die Lage ist hervorragend und es sind 2 Minuten zum Strand. Das Restaurant El Contijiyo in unmittelbarer Nähe bietet fangfrischen Fisch zu fairen Preisen. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Sin mantenimiento

Falta evidente de mantenimiento, tanto de la zona exterior como de la interior. Olor a huevos podridos INSOPORTABLE al usar el agua caliente. El depósito de las aguas fecales no ha sido vaciado desde hace mucho tiempo y las fecales se vierten directamente al terreno.

Agua con olor pútrido.

El agua sabíamos que no era potable, pero el olor era horrible, sospecho que el agua del pozo está comunicada con la fosa séptica. La limpieza del bungalow era muy deficiente. Los muebles exteriores estaban inutilizables ya que los gatos que había en la propiedad los habían ensuciado (pelos, tierra, ...).

Localización inmejorable.

La casa es muy acogedora y el patio estupendo.La localización con respecto a la playa es inmejorable ,a 1 minuto escaso andando y muy cerca de toda la zona de restaurantes y ocio. El baño necesita alguna mejoría tal como la mampara de la ducha ya que pierde muchísima agua y es bastante incómodo y sucio. Es un lugar muy silencioso, incluso puedes escuchar las olas desde dentro. El agua no es potable y en ocasiones presenta mal olor pero para nosotros ha sido un mal menor.

Vacation in El Palmar

Great Property with privacy and very. close to the beach . You can leave your car in the property and an extra entry to go to the beach . Super The direct neighbor were annoying , too loud and with life concerts once a week But a nice place to be We will come back
