Well equipped renovated apartment in Sanremo with beautiful sea view fully equipped terrace and air conditioning.

The apartment is really 15 minutes walking from city centre and from the bike path and it’s close to all facilities such as shops, supermarket, restaurants, pubs and discos. "Casinò di Sanremo" is 500m far from the apartment.

It’s on the ground floor and it has 2 bedrooms with doble beds, living room with sofabed and kitchen corner, terrace and bathroom with shower. The terrace is equipped by table, chairs, deckchairs and has an unforgettable sea view. It overlooks the Sanremo bay.

Apartment has is equipped also by tv (Italian channels), fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, heating, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, internet wi-fi free .

Pets are not allowed.

Sehr nett, sehr schön, gerne wieder.

Hat alles super geklappt. Sehr nettes Personal. Lage und Aussicht, sowie Ausstattung ist perfekt. Es fehlt nichts. Die Reinigung war allerdings sehr hoch angesetzt. Waren schon öfter in Sanremo, oft war die pauschale zur Reinigung nocht größer 30 euro. Hat uns etwas überrascht, 3x mehr. Aber dennoch sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt

Die Wohnunung liegt in der Altstadt etwas unterhalb des Straßenniveaus am Hang. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick in die Altstadt, in der Ferne das Meer und unterhalb ein schöner Garten des Nachbarn. Parkplätze sind dort rar, so dass man eigentlich immer einen langen Aufstieg durch die Altstadtgassen vor sich hat, um die Wohnung zu erreichen. Dies hat aber den Vorteil, dass man schnell zu Fuß in die Markthalle oder zu den vielen Restaurants etc. kommt. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung und hat alles für die Grundversorgung. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hält alles vor, was man braucht. Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht, dass das 2. Schlafzimmer eigentlich ein halbes Zimmer ist, dass an den Wohn-/Küchenbereich anschließt. Dort gibt es kein Bett, sondern ein Ausziehsofa, das dann den halben Raum komplett einnimmt. Als wir dort im Juli waren, funktionierte leider die Klimaanlage nicht einwandfrei. Nachdem der angekündigte Techniker nicht kam, haben wir versucht uns selbst helfen. Dies gelang leider auch nicht auf Dauer. Diese Tatsache und auch die lauten Parties, die unter uns gefeiert wurden, haben unseren Urlaub leider etwas beinträchtigt. Positv war auf jeden Fall die Kommunikation und Betreuung durch Maria, die auf jede Mitteilung prompt geantwort hat. Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub in Sanremo genossen. Die Stadt lädt zum Bummeln ein und hat schöne Restaurants und Geschäfte. Man ist sehr schnell in Monaco, Nizza und Cannes. Es gibt einfach viel zu entdecken und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
