Absolutely fantastic place to stay, perfect location!

Right from the beginning Leanne was more than helpful. The apartment was lovely, every little detail was thought of. Great size and the facilities were brilliant. Views were amazing, just wished we were staying longer than the weekend.

Check in details

I was not contacted with the check in code. I spent ages on the phone to Vrbo with 4 different people each of whom reassured me I would be able to get in I then spent another 40 minutes waiting to be connected to someone to help and the phone went dead again. Outside the apt for 2 and a half hours unable to get in with NO help from Vrbo at all. My husband spotted a woman round the corner who knew the owner an she eventually sent the key code. The owner said she had messaged me at 10am but that was a lie. No one messaged me at all and Vrbo were total rubbish at sorting the situation. Spoke to 4 different operators who all promised to help but then cut me off an never rang back. After promising they would. Will never use them again . Stressful day an we ended up missing the actual wedding and getting there after . Disgusting customer service . And the owner lied to us as well.
