This is the 3rd villa we rented this trip and so far it has been the worst stay and over priced for what we got.Starting with the good: view was 5/5, the property was relatively clean but aged 3/5. The problems: Internet 0/5 it sporadically worked but mostly not despite making 4 complaints nothing was done and the owner stoped communicating. From what I can guess they rent 4 villas and have 1 central wifi and ours was too far. Had to pay for a local phone with data to get work done and my kids just wanted to stay in Stoupa where they had access to free wifi. The pool 1/5 the pool was small but ok except the kids kept hurting their feet as the tiles on the floor of the pool were coming off creating ridges that you would stub your toe or prick your feet and eventually coming off. We used the pool only the first 2 days. The TV 0/5 it was the size of an IPad and only worked intermittently. Fresh Air 0/5 none of the windows had screens to prevent bugs from coming into the house so we were stuck with AC on 100% of the time. Interior Space 3/5 the rooms were very small so the 4 of us in the living room or sitting at the indoor dining area was uncomfortable and the master bedroom was very tight, kept bumping into the wooden bed that took up 80% of the room. Overall 2/5 we rented a villa with a view and a pool with the intention on using it and by the second day we were only going there at night to sleep. No internet, No Pool and uncomfortable spaces.Can we have a partial Refund?
