Situated in a great location close to all local amenities, there are great transport links to the city centre which is only 15 minutes away. On street parking no permit is required. Nearby sports park with swimming pool & Gym. There is a shared living room with TV, bathroom and kitchen.
Guest access
Access up a flight of stairs at the back of the property. Guests will have access to use of the bathroom, kitchen and living room with tv and access to wireless internet.

On-street parking no permit is required. Nearby sports park with swimming pool & Gym. There is a living room with TV, bathroom and kitchen. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are 4 double beds and 4 air mattress in the property. For air mattress we do not provide beddings.
ID and Deposit: We require a photo id of the guests checking in (Passport or Driving Licence) Deposit £50 per room is required. If booking the Entire House/Apartment £1000 security Deposit is required. (Security deposit is a refundable amount which we ask guests to pay incase of damages caused by the guest if no damage caused the guest will get a full refund)

The guest who has booked only room (not the entire flat) is supposed to share the bathrooms, Living room and Kitchen with other guests. If you have booked an entire flat then no sharing with another guest.
