Week at end May

Well-modernised, very large and lavish apartment let down by COCKROACHES, limited provision of crockery and glasses, poor maintenance and terrible local agency. Had to buy own wine bottle opener. Local agent was late to let us in and simply did not arrive for checkout. No information of any kind in apartment on how to handle refuse, use equipment or what to do if there were problems. There seem to be at least 2 colonies of COCKROACHES: one in lounge, one in master-bedroom bathroom. Reported to local agent - no response. Ancient lift to apartment on 6th floor vulnerable to other residents not closing lift doors - we had to walk up/down 6 flights of stairs twice in a week. Excellent accommodation, air-conditioning, laundry, roof terrace, location. Luxury price but not luxury experience.
