About this property

The Pons Valls house is a villa type chalet located on a 1200m2 plot. 1 km from Ciutadella in a quiet and very cozy residential area. It is located in the Sa Caleta urbanization. 2 minutes walk from the Sa Caleta and Santandria beaches. At about 200m you will find a pharmacy, supermarket, a small shopping center with bars and restaurants, as well as a bus and taxi stop. Also for those who want to practice sports there is a Paddle club and gym three minutes walk.

It has 4 bedrooms (1 with dressing room), 2 bathrooms inside the house and another full bathroom in the pool area. Garden, circular pool and a shaded barbecue area perfect to enjoy summer evenings.

It is a very comfortable and spacious house, ideal to enjoy a magnificent vacation in Menorca.

City tax is not included in the rate. An extra €2.20 per person per night not applicable to children under 16 years old will be applied. This tax must be paid by the guests upon arrival.

L’endroit est parfait le logement rien à redire si ce n’est qu’il n’est pas de toute première modernité. L’ensemble des interlocuteurs ont été obligeant et réactifs. Merci donc sachant que nous avons vu que la résidence était mise en vente.
